Ottawa, Ontario September 24, 2018 – Calian Group Ltd. (TSX: CGY) announced today that in light of the devastating tornadoes that hit the Ottawa-Gatineau community, it will be making a donation of $10,000 with portions to the Canadian Red Cross, the Kanata Food Cupboard and Moisson Outaouais in support of the relief efforts and those in the affected communities.

“Our thoughts are with the Ottawa-Gatineau and surrounding community residents and our employees whose lives have been uprooted by this catastrophic event,” said Calian CEO, Kevin Ford. “With approximately 400 Calian employees in this area, we are committed to providing support for the communities touched by this tragic loss.”

“We also wish to thank all first responders, hydro workers and volunteers who have been working tirelessly day and night throughout this distressing ordeal,” he added.
