We prioritize your learning outcomes, providing your staff with the knowledge to achieve qualifications across a range of engineering specialties. Using academic and practical instructor-led approaches, we deliver first-class technical training across maritime and naval engineering disciplines.
We work with you to understand your needs and gaps and tailor our training programs to meet them. Our training courses vary in length, from short courses and modules to longer courses lasting months and years.
Engineering training support
The original equipment manufacturer (OEM) documentation does not always provide all the information on preventative and corrective maintenance, fault location or removal, and replacement routines. Our team provides you with the training to effectively carry out a range of maintenance support activities, no matter the challenge.
On-job training and staff mentorship
We provide on-site training coordination and remote follow-up training sessions with staff to keep their skills sharp. Our programs are designed to enable your staff to fully develop their engineering skills in a practical setting.
