Tailored to Customer Needs

Depending on training needs, funding, time and training resources, Calian can provide a “soup to nuts” solution or work with their trainers to augment their expertise, capacity, software tools, other training resources, etc.

Applicable to all Levels of Operation

Calian TaaS is applicable for all levels of operations, any field of the endeavour, short notice or long term, large or small groups, single or multi-focused training events. The focus is collective learning as opposed to individual learning although we can assist with the latter if required.

Based on Training Needs Analysis

We work through the TNA with client and create the training plan, develop the training including identifying costs, resources and timelines, deliver the training, conduct the post-training activities (PXR, After Action Review, recommended lessons, etc) and provide overall programme management.

Delivering Progressive Training Plans

TaaS is more than a single event. The results of the TNA should describe progressive training and include a training program to encompass all levels of executives, management and workers. The program should be cyclical based on a schedule identified by the client and concluded from the TNA.

Our success is rooted in our people.
