The CVC platform is a Microsoft Teams native solution allowing healthcare providers to rapidly launch hybrid services that fit their community. It provides clinicians seamless access to patient data, facilitating enhanced collaboration with care teams and better outcomes for patients. Calian has introduced new features to CVC to further improve collaboration and the overall patient experience within the platform, including:

  • Integrated Appointment Scheduler: Syncs with Outlook for streamlined scheduling. 
  • Reports Viewer: Tool for patients and clinicians to easily upload, access, and share documents. 
  • Bulk Appointment Scheduling: Simplifies the management of multiple appointments, enhancing administrative efficiency. 
  • User Interface Enhancements: A more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
