Calian Cybersecurity Services Ltd., or its affiliate and/or subsidiary, as applicable (“Service Provider” or “Calian”), promises the client (“Customer”) to supply certain products, goods, articles, materials and/or services (collectively the “Services”) specified in such Statement of Work or other document therein (each herein referred to as the “Agreement”) and Calian agrees to provide the Work subject to these Terms and Conditions. This Master Services Agreement (this “Agreement”) is between Calian Corp., with offices located at 3389 Steeles Ave East, Suite 110, North York, Ontario M2H 3S8 (“us”, “our”, “we” or “Calian”), and you, the entity who electronically signs this document in the signature block, below (“you”, “your” or “Client”). This Agreement is effective as of the latest date of the signatures of the parties below (“Effective Date”).
