A request for waiver must be submitted to Calian, Advanced Technologies for any deviations from the original material or processes specified in our drawings, technical specifications and/or purchase order or prior to repairing any non-conforming goods. The request should include the nature of the nonconformance and a suggested method to repair the nonconformance.
An authorized copy of the waiver must accompany shipment.
