System Integration and Test
Calian’s system engineering and system integration and test teams provide our customers with a complete solution from test requirements and test case development through to product qualification and verification.
Thermal Chambers
Environmental testing is performed to validate product operation while being exposed to many potential conditions including extreme temperatures.
Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) includes thermal cycling typically performed on new or repaired products to force latent defects.
Calin uses thermal chambers to validate product requirements during new product design and qualification as well as ESS of newly manufactured or repaired products.
Vibration/Shock Tables
Vibration testing is performed on products to ensure they can stand up to the environments they will be exposed to as part of their intended use.
Calian uses vibration tables to validate product requirements during new product design and qualification as well as newly manufactured or repaired products.
Our vibration tables can perform random and sine vibration tests as well as shock testing.
Military Applications
Calian’s in-house System Integration, Qualification and Test capabilities are used to validate our products performance even when exposed to even the harshest conditions across a multitude of military applications.
