May 9, 2016, Ottawa, Ontario – Calian Group Ltd. (TSX: CGY) announced today that in light of the devastating wildfires in Alberta, it will be making a donation of $10,000 to the Canadian Red Cross in support of fire relief efforts and those in the affected communities.

“Our thoughts are with the Fort McMurray and surrounding community residents whose lives have been uprooted by this catastrophic event,” said Calian CEO, Kevin Ford. “With over 180 Calian employees in Alberta, we are committed to providing support for the communities touched by this tragic loss.”

“We also wish to thank all first responders and the volunteers who have been working tirelessly day and night throughout this harrowing ordeal,” he added.
