Calian Group has acquired Mabway. This agreement follows thorough due diligence to ensure a good fit between our companies. The due diligence also included validations and securing approval from the U.K. Ministry of Defence.

There will be no changes to Mabway employment terms, roles, compensation and benefits at this time. As any integration changes are made, this process will be carefully managed to align with ongoing business needs and personal career growth.

Post-acquisition, Mabway will initially be known as “Mabway, a Calian Company.” Over time, as integration progresses, the Mabway brand will transition fully to Calian.
