Microsoft Canada Recognizes Dapasoft, a Calian Company, As Winner of the 2021 Healthcare Impact Award

Dapasoft, a Calian company, is proud to announce it has won the 2021 Microsoft Canada Healthcare Impact Award. These annual Canadian awards recognize Microsoft partners that have focused on bettering the lives of Canadians and demonstrated excellence in delivering customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.

This is the third consecutive year that Dapasoft has been recognized at the annual Microsoft Canada IMPACT Awards.

Corolar Virtual Care (CVC) Makes Virtual Care Seamless

Dapasoft helps hospitals and health networks innovate with seamless data interoperability and healthcare solutions that redefine the patient experience. In 2020, Dapasoft launched a new solution, Corolar Virtual Care (CVC), to help acute care providers quickly roll out premium virtual clinic services as part of their pandemic response. CVC is an integrated virtual care and patient engagement solution adopted by five healthcare networks serving more than five million people in British Columbia, Ontario and New Brunswick.

“Corolar Virtual Care extends the rich base of communication and collaboration tools in Microsoft Teams to significantly improve patient engagement and clinic performance,” explains Michael Lonsway, President, Dapasoft. “Our clients can easily customize their clinics with features such as virtual waiting rooms, on-demand notifications and queuing technology to cut down on missed appointments, reduce wait-times and enable patients to access multiple care providers.”

Microsoft Canada presented these awards in 27 categories on July 15, 2021 as part of Microsoft’s second virtual Inspire conference. Winners were selected based on the outstanding work the companies provided to their customers and community.
