Calian SED System's Director of Engineering to Present "The Evolution Of Communications Technology" at APEGS AGM
The Evolution Of Communications Technology
3:45 - 4:30 pm
How did a Saskatoon-based company get its start in the space business over fifty years ago and grow into one that works at the leading edge with some of the biggest names in the industry? How has technology evolved both in space and on the ground to meet the growing demands for voice, video, and data capacity? And how do you communicate with a space probe trying to rendezvous with a comet a half billion kilometers away from Earth?
This presentation will answer those questions and also look ahead to where things are going in this exciting field.
