Calian Advanced Technologies Retains ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Calian Advanced Technologies is proud to announce that it has passed its annual audit and has been re-certified as conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, an internationally recognized standard for creating, maintaining and implementing a quality management system. As our capabilities continue to grow, so does the scope of our certification. The current certification applies to the design, manufacture and integration of products and systems and the provision of related services for space, defence and terrestrial industries for Calian Advanced Technologies’ main site at 18 Innovation Blvd., Saskatoon, SK.

ISO 9001:2015 functions as a “stamp of approval” for Calian’s quality management processes and is recognized in many industries as the gold standard for ensuring customer satisfaction and producing consistent and reliable products and solutions. The certification signals to customers that Calian maintains best-in-class practices in ensuring its product, processes and standards meet all customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Calian Advanced Technologies was first certified to ISO 9001 in 1996, and has now maintained certification through all subsequent versions of the standard. ISO certifications, including the current ISO 9001:2015, were achieved through compliance with rigorous annual audits from accredited certification bodies.
