Calian Announces Changes To Executive Management Team
Kanata, Ontario, April 16, 2001 - Calian (TSE.CTY) announced today that Shaun McEwan, President & CEO, has submitted his resignation effective immediately. Larry O'Brien, Chairman of the Board of Directors, will assume the role of President & CEO.

I respect that and wish him the best in his new endeavour of building a consulting practice focussed on mergers and acquisitions and business plan development.
