About the role:
Tasks to be performed:
Reading the various event and error logs and the source code
Finding the causes of the reported incidents
Proposing temporary workaround and/or final fixing
Implementing workarounds/final patches, solutions
Reporting the troubleshooting progress in the support ticket comments.
Second level support
Bug fixing / patching in the code (ksh, Java)
Shell script (ksh)
Linux (user level)
SQL (user level)

Type of Assignment:
Contract, full time – contract will be extended every 6 months
