About the role:

Tasks to be performed:

  • Reading the various event and error logs and the source code

    • Finding the causes of the reported incidents

    • Proposing temporary workaround and/or final fixing

    • Implementing workarounds/final patches, solutions

    • Reporting the troubleshooting progress in the support ticket comments.

  • Second level support

  • Ticket handling

  • Bug fixing / patching in the code (ksh, Java)

The qualifications:

Required knowledge:

  • Shell script (ksh)

  • Java

  • Linux (user level)

  • TCP/IP networking

  • SQL (user level)

  • Git

Advantage (but not absolutely necessary)

  • Jenkins

  • Kubernetes

  • Docker

  • Linux administration

  • Python

  • Erlang

  • Software tester mindset

Type of Assignment:

Contract, full time – contract will be extended every 6 months
