We are searching for tech savvy Digital Marketing Manager to join our team!

The role requires a passion for all things digital marketing, excellent organizational skills and a “get-it-done" work ethic. Reporting to the Director, Digital Marketing and Communications, the Digital Marketing Manager has strong project management skills and is excellent at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is just as comfortable rolling up their sleeves to get things done as they are managing agency and freelance partner relationships.

You are self-driven and relentlessly seek creative ways to find efficiencies. You have experience implementing, testing and refining digital customer journeys by utilizing marketing automation technology. The idea of actively participating in a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration excites you.

Your day to day responsibilities:

  • Management of key digital initiatives including our website 2.0 project, HubSpot roll out, customer journey digitization and lead nurture initiatives.

  • Own the agency and freelance partner relationships, including all communications and deliverables.

  • Ensure internal stakeholders are kept informed on project requirements and meeting their obligations.

  • Prioritize competing digital marketing requests to ensure goals are met on time and on budget without sacrificing quality.

  • Manage and grow the use of HubSpot to meet our fast-changing business requirements.

  • Create, test and improve lead nurture program performance to achieve KPIs.

  • Manage and deploy communications across multiple email lists while ensuring ongoing compliance with CAN-SPAM, CASL and GDRP regulations.

  • Utilize marketing automation technology to support demand gen efforts, including sales funnel conversions, lead attribution, landing pages creation, etc.

  • Analyze and improve website performance by working with our agency partners.

The experience and skills you have:

•Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or Bachelors in any field with relevant equivalent work experience.

  • 4+ years marketing experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS.

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing.

  • 4+ years of experience using Google Analytics.

  • 4+ years of experience using marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot)
