About the role:

Bilingual Recruitment Specialist (work from home)

Recruiting at Calian allows you the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of healthcare roles across dozens of contracts all over Canada.

You might be recruiting for a Nurses to provide services in remote Indigenous communities, Paramedics to provide care to arrested individuals in municipal jails, Psychologists to perform assessments on individuals applying for jobs that require the use of a firearm, or Physicians and mental health professionals providing care to military members, and more.

You will manage your own portfolio of requirements and work with Contract Managers, Business Development and Human Resources towards the goal of finding the best resources for our valued clients. You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting.

We have a team of 10 experienced Recruiters who work virtually but collaboratively to support each other. You will benefit from a team that shares ideas, cooperates on hard to find resources, and takes time to recognize success.

The qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a recruiting role

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English, written and spoken

Full time, permanent
