About the role: Our valued government client is looking for a Maximo Database Administrator who specializes in Maximo and Oracle. Tasks include but not limited to: • Assist in the deployment and administration of Maximo as required • Operate and support Maximo software, Maximo 7.1 and above, Oracle 10g and above, Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 Server or above • Perform day-to-day Oracle database and Maximo application administration • Develop and maintain procedures and processes related to the support of Maximo-related hardware and software • Maintain, update or develop procedures and processes related to the Maximo Help desk • Provide support for Maximo training databases and hardware • Update and implement backup and restore procedures • Set up and configure in Terminal Server with the required number of Oracle databases Qualifications: • Reliability security clearance is a must • Must have at least 8-10 years of experience • Knowledge of Websphere and Maximo installation and configuration • Experience with Oracle Database installation and configuration • Experience with Oracle Adapter and Oracle SQL • Experience supporting Maximo - knowledge of backend and system configuration from the frontend Type of assignment: Full-time contract (1 year with high possibility of multiple years) #LI-KK1 Calian values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer.
