About the role:
At Calian, our teams have been working closely with the Canadian Armed Forces for many years.
Our Instructional Designers and E-Learning Developers work with them at their training schools (Canadian Forces Health Services Training Centre, Military Personnel Command Enhanced Performance Innovation Centre, Canadian Forces School of Aerospace Technology and Engineering etc.) in order to design and develop highly interactive E-Learning courseware for the Army and Air Force.
These courses have been valuable to the CAF. Our teams have been strong, and have been growing on a regular basis.

ID Duties include but are not limited to:
• Evaluate instructional material for possibility of conversion to eLearning in whole or in part in accordance with Courseware Development guidelines
• Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs for the target audience
• Produce effective learning instructional materials
• Specify instructional strategies, learning content and lesson guidance
• Perform instructional and learning path analysis
Type of assignment:
Contract, full time (length will vary)
