Calian is looking for a qualified Courseware Developer/Instructor who has working experience with Imagery Analysis. The role is located in Ottawa, and the primary responsibilities of the Courseware Developer is to create Lesson Plans (LP) and the supporting material required to successfully run Defence Imagery Training Section (DITS) courses (MII, AJPW, AIMX), in accordance with the requisite control documents: Qualification Standards (QS) & Training Plan (TP).
The essential tasks of the courseware developer are to plan and create assigned courseware for the programs. The resource will be tasked to produce lesson plans, course content, draft Enabling Checks, tutorial exercises (TUTEX), create marking guides, and draft Progress Checks.
• Hold a Secret level clearance at the minimum, although it will be an asset to hold a Top Secret
• Have taken the Imagery Intelligence Analyst Course (AIMX) (Note: Must have completed course within the last five years or have recent (within the last three years) IMINT (or relevant GEOINT) experience.
• NGA-, NSG-, or ASG-offered Accreditations (Applicant to specify what courses/recognition they achieved and when); and/or Motion Imagery Intelligence Analyst Course (AJPW)
