Client Billing Administrator - Accounts Receivable

About the role:
Client Billing Administrators at Calian work independently within a team environment to manage the financial requirements of their dedicated clients while meeting the needs of their internal customers.
With regular monthly, quarterly and yearly deadlines, you will have the opportunity to own your own client files and interface with your clients on a regular basis to reconcile invoices, manage billing expectations and follow up on overdue accounts. You will work with SAP to set up client files and organize your day to day activities. Utilizing your strong time management skills and attention to detail, you will strive for a less a 1% error rate in your invoices.
This role allows for someone to learn quickly and take on more responsibility as they master their role. You will benefit from the ability to self-manage your day while meeting routine deadline expectations. Weekly team meetings will ensure that you are well versed in the team's goals and can share your goals with your colleagues. Collaborative problem solving and innovation is encouraged.
• Minimum of five years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or Client Billing role
• Minimum of one year of experience using SAP is preferred
• Minimum 2 years Accounts Receivable experience preferred
• College Diploma in Business Accounting or similar accounting education
• Experienced with Excel, Word and Outlook
• Demonstrated time management and interpersonal skills with strong initiative and team oriented approach
• Demonstrated client service approach
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously
